We provide here a few mathematical tables that present the data computed in our work:

- statistics about the differential operators and rational certificates obtained by creative telescoping
- closed forms for the generating functions,
- asymptotic expressions for the coefficients (caption after each table),

We also provide some of the data obtained for $Q(x,y;t)$ as Maple source files:

- telescopers,
- (differential) certificate w.r.t. $x$,
- (differential) certificate w.r.t. $y$,
- time and memory used to compute the above,
- closed form expressions for the generating functions.

Each of these files contains a Maple table, with index of the form [$ss$, $vx$, $vy$, $mode$], where $ss$ is the step set index (between 1 and 19), $vx$ and $vy$ are the respective values of $x$ and $y$ for which creative telescoping was applied, and $mode$ represents the ordre of execution of the two nested integrations (either "xy", for $x$ after $y$, or "yx", for $y$ after $x$).

Finally, those data are also provided as a Maple library.
